Mid-Week Inspiration: Catherine Deneuve
The new issue of Vanity Fair has come out and on the cover is the very lovely and talented Kate Winslet channeling her best Catherine Deneuve. While Kate looks absolutely stunning, no one can out do Ms. Deneuve. For this week's Mid-Week Inspiration I have chosen two photos from two of my favorite Deneuve films, Les Parapluies de Cherbourg (1964) and Belle de Jour (1967). I love her early 60's look, and the hair in both films is very inspiring.

All In One Place
I finally got my website, http://www.femmefatalevintage.com/ together! It's a simple site where all of my links can be found on one page. I have also opened a Femme Fatale Vintage store on Etsy! I will be taking the vintage out of my other Etsy shop, The Sparkling Cocktail. It will now just focus on my handmade items and supply destash. It's been a busy, yet productive week!

Vintage Finds of the Week: Glass Juice Reamers
I recently purchased this lovely vintage glass juice reamer (above) from Serendipity Treasures for my at home bar. Not only will it be perfect for fresh cocktails but also for salad dressings as well! I'm so excited! For this week's vintage finds I have found a couple other reamers for you. My Projects: Cupcake Hat
Yay! I finished knitting my first ever hat! I made a "cupcake" hat for my niece's 5th birthday, which is today. She is obsessed with cupcakes (and princesses) so I think she will love it.

Mid-Week Inspiration: Alberta Ferretti
This past week has been really stressful and to top it off I have a mild sinus infection. So as I try to get back on my blogging schedule I am inspired by Alberta Ferretti's Fall ad campaign. Vintage Finds of the Week: Repro Cocktail Rings
I absolutely love this photo of Marlene Dietrich. It makes me want to grow out my fingernails and wear super large cocktail rings. So for this week's Vintage Finds I have searched for Hollywood inspired cocktail rings and am amazed at what I have found. At bombshells.com they have a gorgeous collection of reproduction costume cocktail rings based on actual rings worn by Hollywood starlets in their classic films! I am having 50 heart attacks over the selection. You can choose by the actress including, Bette Davis, Jean Harlow, Marilyn Monroe, and many more. Here are some from the Marlene Dietrich collection.
