Silly me, I did not jot down wear I found this photo. All I know is that I love it! It has inspired me to ride my bike and look fabulous dispite the lousy weather we've been having. Earlier this month I got my vintage Raleigh tuned up with a new basket to hold my purse. But due to the constant rain, I've only got on it twice! Mid-Week Inspiration: Riding in the Rain

that seems crazy...lol.
The dress and heels I can manage. It's any kind of bad weather that makes me wimp out. Rainy, too chilly...not good!
