As much as the modern fashion world looks forward it also continually looks back in time. This editorial in the March issue of German Vogue features model Claudia Schiffer as the iconic Frida Kahlo. Even with her blonde hair it's pretty convincing.

Great photos! But am I missing something with that unibrow thing? :)
Kristen, what you are missing with the unibrow is this - they have made the model to look like a dead Mexican painter named Freda Kahlo. She was married to Diego Rivera, and was known for wearing Mexican folk costumes and headdresses as her "look". She also had a unibrow and strong, sculptured facial features. Google Kahlo and you should find her on the net somewhere, she was pretty famous in her day. A movie was made about her, it was so-so. Stephanie
