I've started crocheting this "Perky Snood" from 1942! It seems simple enough but I've already had to restart it. I'm using white acrylic which I hope will look good against my black hair. I will post pics soon when it gets more interesting. Stay tuned! In the meantime, should you want to make one too here is the free pattern!

Lovely!!! I've been dying to crochet some snoods but my crochet skills are a bit limited! Luckily, my fabulous crafty sister in law is the Crochet Mistress Extraordinaire!
